Unfortunately hotel piracy is prevalent in today's society and CPC21 is not immune to these criminals. Hotel piracy refers to the practice of unauthorized solicitations from hotels or third-party housing agencies that are NOT affiliated with INCM.

It has come to INCM's attention that the "hotel housing pirates" have begun their unethical targeting of CPC21's attendees and resource providers. They are soliciting and encouraging attendees and providers to book hotel rooms through them - they hold to unethical standards and exorbitant cancellation fees.

Be aware of phone calls received from anyone wanting you to book your hotel room for CPC21. The Caribe Royale is the only hotel contracted with INCM, and they will NEVER contact you to book your rooms. You will need to contact them to book within the official room block.

Rooms offered by these pirates often are more expensive, contain hidden fees, cannot be cancelled, or do not actually exist. You will arrive at CPC21 and NOT HAVE A ROOM!

They may also be a fraudulent company attempting to obtain your credit card information in order to commit identity theft. Do not give them your personal information over the phone.

Most often, once you realize that you have booked a room through a pirate company, you will never be able to contact them again. Any phone number they have provided either does not exist or will never be answered.
