- MagicBands are a secure device which allows you to effortlessly engage, through the My Disney Experience mobile app, the plans and vacation choices you've made for the Walt Disney World Resort.
What Can I Do With the Magic Band?
- Open your Disney Property hotel room door!
- Charge food and merchandise purchases to your room
- Link admission tickets via the My Disney Experience App and then use the band for entry.
- Gain access to specific rides as managed through the My Disney Experience Mobile App.
- Connect Disney PhotoPass images to your account
Disney has updated the bands to Magic Band 2.0; can I still use my old band?
- Yes! You may still use the older version of band with your My Disney Experience App.
Disney is no longer providing it's hotel guests with complementary bands, however you can still use your old magic band, or you may buy a new Magic Band 2.0
