How do I update myINCM profile information?

Instructions to update information to your myINCM account:

• Change Profile Picture (2 options)
  • From the main landing page, click the picture/silhouette in the upper right hand corner of the screen and select "profile" from the drop down menu. It will take you to the screen where you can update your photo. 
  • From any page in your myINCM account, locate the navigation bar on the left side of the screen and click the silhouette. It will take you the the screen where you can update the information and photo.
• Change Credit Card Information
  • If you need to update your credit card on file, please click the blue "help" button in the bottom right corner of the screen and our staff will send instructions on how to securely make the change. 
• Change Password
  • Log into your myINCM account
  • Click the Settings icon in the left sidebar (gear icon)
  • Change Account Info including: password, billing address, email address, phone
