Shopify Receipts

To receive a copy of your purchase receipt from the INCM store (with Shopify), please send an email to resource.cpc@incm.org and please provide the following information:

  • The title(s) of the resources you purchased.
  • The name and email address of the purchaser.
  • The order number (if available)
  • The date of purchase (if available)

Eventbrite Receipts

If you purchased an event ticket on EVENTBRITE, you can log into their system at www.eventbrite.com and access your purchases directly from their site!

If you are still having difficulty, please click on the blue help button on the bottom right-hand corner of this page, and email us with as much of the following information as you have:

  • The title(s) of the item(s) you purchased.
  • The name and email address of the purchaser
  • The date of purchase (if available)

CPC Registration Receipts

Please email registration@incm.org with the following information

  • The name and email address of the purchaser
  • The date of purchase (if available)
  • Specify which CPC event you registered for
